PERFORMER PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Note: We reserve the right to alter and adjust the itinerary, hotel, performances, and/or Broadway show in order to accommodate the size of the total group.

Registration is first-come, first-served. The event sells out each year and has sold out as early as July 1st. Space is limited.

A $400.00 deposit, PER PERSON (Coach/Director/Spectators included) is due at the time of registration.

If you cancel your registration after being accepted, your $400.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but is transferable to someone NEW traveling in your place. Transfer must happen at the time of cancellation and no later than September 1st.

What The Package Does Not Include:

Transportation:

  • Via plane, train, and/or automobile to/from New York City
  • To and from the Hilton New York

Optional Activities:

  • Activity fees such as ice-skating, carriage rides, museum admissions, etc are optional and at the performer’s expense.

Cancellation Insurance:

Miscellaneous:

  • Items of a personal nature
  • Medical treatment if necessary

Clothing Items:

  • Each performer will be required to purchase and bring the following items as a part of the production/performance event:
    • One (1) pair of athletic/dance shoes (color to be determined)
    • One (1) pair black athletic pants (solid, no stripes) – sweatpants, yoga pants, leggings
    • One (1) black layer to be worn for warmth underneath event sweatshirt for Monday night rehearsal
