Spectator Package

SPECTATOR PACKAGE INCLUDES

Our Spectator package is open to family and friends that wish to experience the excitement and energy of New York City during the Holidays with our performers. Spectators may room with performers.

• Six (6) nights accommodations at the centrally located New York Hilton Midtown
• Meals included – Sunday, breakfast, lunch, dinner; Monday, breakfast; $100 gift card for other meals

Note: We reserve the right to alter and adjust the itinerary, hotel, performances, and/or Broadway show in order to accommodate the size of the total group.

Registration is first-come, first-served. The event sells out each year and has sold out as early as July 1st. Space is limited.

A $400.00 deposit, PER PERSON (Coach/Director/Spectators included) is due at the time of registration.

If you cancel your registration after being accepted, your $400.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but is transferable to someone NEW traveling in your place. Transfer must happen at the time of cancellation and no later than September 1st.

*Does not include airfare or transportation to and from hotel and airport.

What The Package Does Not Include:

Transportation:

• Via plane, train, and/or automobile to/from New York City
• To and from the Hilton New York

Optional Activities:

• Activity fees such as ice-skating, carriage rides, museum admissions, etc. and are optional and are at the spectator’s expense.

• Medical treatment if necessary
